Summertime Outside. Sweater Inside.

One thing about summer… it’ll be 90 degrees outside and 65 degrees the minute you walk into a restaurant, office, or store. 😂

That’s why I almost always carry a lightweight sweater.

For this outfit, I started with a simple tube top and statement denim pants, then added a red sweater that wasn’t just for the pop of color. I knew I’d probably end up throwing it on once I got inside.

I love outfits that actually make sense for real life. Sure, the tube top is perfect for the heat, but having that extra layer means I’m not freezing the second the air conditioning hits.

The red heels and matching sweater pull everything together, while the crossbody keeps the look casual enough for running around town. Style isn’t just about looking good. It’s about dressing for where you’re actually going.

Because summertime outside… is sweater weather inside. 😄
